Protecting biodiversity not only makes sense at an environmental level, but also socially and economically. Hence, partnerships among governments, the private sector, and civil society are key to sustainable development, and Faico’s work would not be possible without contributions from donors and strategic partners who have invested in our organization.\u00a0 <\/span>This has allowed investing an average of $400K per year in Cocos Island and surrounding ecosystems. The collection mechanisms developed by Faico support the continued operation of the organization, the execution of investments according to the management plans, and continue adding funds to the initial goal of the Faico trust.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
