The newsletter will feature relevant news, stories of people involved in conservation initiatives, educational tools, and opportunities for the community to take action in favor of the environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith <em>Mareas<\/em>, we want to strengthen our relationship with our community by providing key information on the challenges and progress in marine conservation and motivating more people to be part of the change,\u201d said Jimena Araya, Communications Specialist at FAICO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A newsletter to bring conservation closer to everyone<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each edition of <em>Mareas<\/em> will include sections that foster a direct connection with the public, such as testimonials from scientists, volunteers, and donors contributing to conservation efforts, practical resources to help protect the ocean, campaigns, events, and tangible ways to get involved, as well as information on upcoming activities related to Cocos Island.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the newsletter will be complemented by social media content, including videos and informative capsules to amplify its reach.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to receive <em>Mareas<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Mareas <\/em>will be distributed by email and made available on FAICO\u2019s social media channels and website.
